| 1) You will receive a point for all regular priced merchandise that you buy totaling at least $10 and in even increments of $10 -- excluding furniture and lighting purchases over $100 per item. Sales tax, discount or sale items, shipping, and previous purchases are also excluded.

| 2) If a purchase completes the 30 point program; you will receive a coupon code with your invoice good for a future purchase. You may accumulate your coupon codes; they will not expire. YOU ARE RESONSIBLE FOR YOUR COUPON CODES. YOUR COUPON CODES ARE NON TRANSFERABLE AND CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST. Sales tax and shipping cannot be paid with a coupon code. No partial or cash redemptions. Coupon must be used in full or you will forfeit the difference.

| 3) If you return an item, you will be given a merchandise credit; points will not be received on merchandise credits since points were already earned when you first made your purchase.
