| **PLACING AN ORDER**
You are welcome to place your order online through our secure check out. Once you have finished shopping; click the checkout button and follow the simple instructions. If you would prefer to order by phone; call the number listed during regular business hours.

| **PAYMENTS ACCEPTED**
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders, and Personal check. If paying with a personal checks - Merchandise will be held for 10 days to allow funds to clear. There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.
INTERNATIONAL orders can be paid via Paypal or US Postal Money Orders.

| **SALES TAX**
Illinois residents will be charged 8% sales tax.

| **SHIPPING**
All in stock merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock; you will be notified of estimated shipping date.
All merchandise will be shipped within the contiguous United States via UPS or USPS mail.
In order to insure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely and reliable manner, Olde Farm Creek reserves the right to use its discretion when choosing a shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are welcome, please contact us via e-mail or phone to get a shipping quote.

| **RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS**
If you are not satified with your purchase; you are welcome to return it for a full refund less the original shipping charges. All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Return shipping is the purchasers responsiblity. If return is not postmarked within 7 days; there will be a 10% restocking fee. All seasonal items cannot be returned after the holidays, no exceptions.
Upon receipt of return, purchaser will be issued a merchandise credit. Special order items must be canceled within 3 business days of date ordered.
